Our Club Reps are colleagues from across Wellgate who go above and beyond to live our values of Compassion, Independence and Standards. They’re a friendly voice for their teams, a source of support, and champions of a positive, welcoming culture.
They share ideas, pass on updates, listen to what matters, and help make sure everyone feels heard, valued and part of something bigger. Each Rep brings their own passion to the role, from creating a happier workplace to helping colleagues understand what’s available through Club Wellgate, to shaping small improvements that make everyday work better.
