Spotlighting our incredible teams & services in the North
Snapshot of the services in the North…
In March, we’re shining a light on our North services, led by Ana Beja, Head of Operations. Across these services, our colleagues support people in living independently, building confidence, and feeling part of their communities.
Every service has its own personality. Some are larger and busier, others are smaller and more personal. What they all share is a team of dedicated people who care about the people they support and the difference they make every day. Here’s a look at the fantastic work happening across our North services.

Starting a new service is always a special moment. It’s about creating a welcoming home, building a strong team, and setting the foundations for a place where people can thrive.
We’ll share more information about this soon.
Across all our services, there is something that connects every team. Our shared values and our commitment to doing the very best for the people we support.
Social care is an incredibly important responsibility, rooted in trust, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference every day.
Every day, our colleagues work hard to ensure we meet the high standards expected across social care, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). These standards are there for a reason. They help ensure that people are safe, treated with dignity, and supported in living the most independent and fulfilling lives possible.
But great care is about more than meeting standards.
It’s about the kindness shown every day, being patient when someone needs extra support, and providing encouragement that helps someone try something new. Ultimately, it's all about the teamwork that keeps our services running smoothly and ensures high standards of care.
To all our colleagues across the North services and beyond, thank you for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication you bring to your roles every day. The difference you make in people’s lives is truly meaningful.
