About Club Wellgate

I’m Ash, your Club Director, and I’d like to share a little about what Club Wellgate is and the part I play in bringing it to life.

I'm excited to introduce Club Wellgate, a space designed to support your wellbeing, growth, and sense of community, making your experience at Wellgate more fulfilling.

I spend time out in our services, getting to know people, listening to what helps you thrive and spotting where a small change could make a big difference. My role is to take all of that goodness and help it grow.

Club Wellgate brings everything together in one place. Your benefits and holidays. Your wellbeing support. Your opportunities to learn and progress your career. And the culture we build together through our everyday values, behaviours and actions. I work with colleagues, managers and our Club Reps across the business to make sure these things are easy to understand, easy to use, and actually feel helpful in real life.

I care a lot about fairness and belonging. It matters to me that everyone at Wellgate feels seen, respected and supported to be their best, through consistent, simple moments, like a thank you, a listening ear, a chance to grow, a space where you feel safe to speak up. These are the things that shape a workplace, and they’re the things I want Club Wellgate to stand for.
