Talent Development Programme
Our Talent Development Programme is designed to help you gain new skills, boost your confidence, and gain experience that can lead to new opportunities.
You can work towards a fully funded NVQ Level 3 or Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, building practical knowledge in areas like communication, safeguarding, leadership, and person-centred care. Each course is flexible, so you can learn at your own pace and use what you learn in your daily work.
