Henry Beynon appointed Head of Estates

I'm pleased to share that Henry Beynon has been appointed our new Head of Estates and has joined the Senior Leadership Team.

This is an important step forward for us. Henry's been part of Wellgate for seven years, so he already knows our buildings, our services, and what it actually takes to keep a home running well. In this role, he'll lead the direction of our residential properties across the north and south, both the day-to-day, keeping them safe, compliant and well maintained, and the bigger picture, planning ahead so our buildings keep improving rather than just getting by.

Henry's aim is simple: our residential homes should be the best they can be, safe, well maintained, compliant, and above all, right for the people who call them home.

One thing worth knowing as Henry settles in: he's working through his priorities and will be in touch with services directly as his plans take shape, so there's no need to send everything his way at once. He'll get there.
