We love it when great people recommend other great people. That's exactly what our Refer a Friend scheme is all about, and from 1 May 2026, we're doubling the reward from £150 to £300.
If you've got a friend, family member, or former colleague who'd be a fantastic fit for Wellgate, don't keep us a secret. Tell them about us, get them to apply for a contracted role, and once they've joined and successfully passed their probation, that £300 lands straight in your pay packet. It really is that simple.
Here's how it works
You spot a contracted role that'd suit someone you know. You tell them about it, they apply, and they make sure to name you when they do. That bit matters, so remind them! Referrals have to be declared at the point of application. If it's added later, we can't count it.

Once your referral has successfully completed their probation, it's time to claim your reward! Head to our online Refer a Friend form using the link below, fill in your details, and we'll take it from there.
Referrals for bank or flexible working contracts aren't eligible for the payment, so it's worth checking the role type before you spread the word.
