We’re excited to launch the very first Club Wellgate Recognition Awards.

This is a big step for us. It’s about taking the time to recognise the people who make a real difference every day. The colleagues who go the extra mile, support each other, and live our values through their actions.

The awards ceremony will take place in September 2026, bringing colleagues together from across Wellgate to celebrate the impact we’re making in our services.

There are 13 award categories, covering everything from frontline care and leadership to the brilliant people behind the scenes who keep our services running smoothly. You'll be able to nominate in a number of these categories, and we'll be shining a spotlight on each one so you know exactly what great looks like.

Nominations open from 23 April and close on 31 July.
