One month in. And already blown away by our people.

I've been at Wellgate for just over a month now, and I'll be straight with you. I came in with high expectations. What I found exceeded them.

I started my career as a Support Worker, so I know what this job looks like from the inside. But seeing the dedication, the compassion, and the genuine care that colleagues across our services bring every single day has been something else entirely.

I wanted to share a few of my early observations directly with you. This is just the start. I'll be sharing a lot more over the coming months, and I'm looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible face-to-face.
