Watch Rob’s October video update

Rob McAfee, Chief Executive Officer

Hi everyone,

I can’t believe it’s nearly November. The clocks go back this weekend, so the nights are getting longer, and I hope you’re all keeping warm.

In this month’s video, I want to welcome our new starters and share some good news from Vale House and Brickyard Court, where we’re supporting new people. I also want to say a big well done to Anita, who manages The Limes and Lime Lodge, for being a finalist for [award name] at the Proud to Care Awards.

I’ll also tell you about the refresh at our holiday home, and I’ve got two favours to ask. Our Refer a Friend scheme pays £300 for every successful referral, and our surveys launch in November, so please look out for your link.

Have a watch, and look after yourselves.
